As Chief Operating Officer, Ian is responsible for delivery of the policy and strategy across all operations of the business and advising/supporting each department. His role is focussed on maximising internal resources, delivering processes and external opportunities and suppliers to ensure the company delivers on its promised strategy and targets.

Ian has the accolade of being a UK Fintech 50 and CityAM’s top10 influencers in Alternative Finance. Ian co-founded in 1996 Equity.i.plc backed by a number of key individuals in the investment world and institutions, including Hermes. It was sold in 2006. Ian then founded and sold his corporate communications agency into Incepta and went on to help build a top 10 UK digital agency with clients such as Shell (Global Roster); Epson (EMEA lead agency); Samsung (EMEA); Reed International; Mirror Group and 150 B2C and B2B firms.

Ian is author of ‘Real Relations, Virtual World’, sold in over 22 countries and ‘The Online Corporate Communications Challenge’. He wrote the UK Investor Relations Society’s awards criteria for corporate communications and was a UK Government representative 2010/11 for ‘UK digital design and delivery’ lecturing in Hong Kong, Southern and Eastern China. He left to set up Dijithali and was then brought on board to develop ArchOver in 2013.
